Please DO NOT message me on social media or instant messengers about commissions!
Please email only.

Emailing ensures that all your commission related contact and information is in one place so it wont get lost or missed! I cannot guarantee I will see DM's or instant messages, and tend to lose things easily if they are sent in those places.

I do not solicit commissions by messaging people on any platform asking them to commission me. I may post com advertisements in sales groups on FB, Telegram, or Discord server promo channels but will always direct people in those posts to my coms website and provide my email for contact.

I will always direct people who DM me about commissions on any platform to email clubgalaxyart@gmail.com instead.

I do not use discord or telegram to message people about commissions unless they are close personal friends and those people know who they are.

Please be aware that if you would like a commission by a certain date, you must order it at least 1 (one) month before that date to ensure it is finished on time!

Also please note, there are TWO different forms linked for different commission types! Please make sure you click the order button below the commission type you want so you are taken to the correct form for that commission type!

Order Submission Info

If you do not receive an email within 48 hours after the form closes, your commission has not been chosen.

Forms are deleted between each opening for privacy protection, so your information and ideas are not kept.

You're always welcome to resubmit your commission idea next time I open.

Prices

My prices are in GBP - UK POUNDS

All invoices are requested in GBP. Paypal automatically converts your payment from your currency to GBP for you.

What I Wont Draw

If you are unsure if I will draw what you want, and cant find it on this list but suspect it may be an issue, please email me before ordering a commission.

Extreme violence, gore, realistic guns, and humorously offensive work will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email me before ordering work that contains these themes.

Extra Fees and Discounts

Commercial Work

Work being commissioned with the intent of it's use in a commercial manner is subject to further licencing fees. These are negotiable and will depend on length of time the art is being used for, what it is being used for, and prospective profit from what it's being used to sell.
Please email to discuss before ordering a commission.

Extras

Private Commission: This incurs a fee of +15% of the total commission price.

Complication Charge

For works that contain a complicated character, background or prop, there may be an extra charge of 20% of the total price of the commission to cover the extra time taken drawing those elements.

I will contact you if this is the case so you can decide if you'd still like to go ahead with the commission, change your idea, or cancel.

Discounts

To get a discount you MUST enter the discount code into the discount code field or additional comments field in the order form! If this is not done no discount will be applied and you will pay full price even if your order is eligible for a discount!

Discounts apply to the specific commission type they are listed for.

HMN10

Get 10% off all commission types featuring Humanoid characters

Sketch

Sketches are uncoloured unless colour is paid for. However, they may have some greyscale on things like hair/eyes to show differences in hair colour, blush, etc.

  • Sketches can be a mix of SFW and NSFW, or sketches can be all SFW or all NSFW.
  • Includes at least one full body, one half body, and one headshot.
  • 4th sketch may be full body, half body or headshot.
  • Sketch pages are usually artistic freedom in terms of poses, but you can give themes/moods you want included and I'll work from that. If there's poses you really want you can include those too.
  • Up to 2 characters can be on each sketch page.

If you order more than 10 stickers at one time, work on them will be split into groups of 10 with other commissions being worked on between each batch to prevent me getting burnt out on them.

Body Pillow Design

Body Pillow Design

​This does NOT include printing of a physical pillowcase, only the art for it.

Price: £170 (per character)

Includes:
  • Front and Back art (2 poses)
  • High resolution digital file for printing purposes ONLY
  • Low resolution digital file for posting online

If you'd like more than one version of your dakimakura, for example a clothed version and a nude version, please email me to discuss a price! Pricing for multiple versions varies based on the complexity of the additions needed.

  • Characters with large wings or tails may have parts of them cropped to fit the standard printing size for dakimakura cases.
  • You can have a different character on each side instead of a front & back view, this option is the standard price and does not make it a couple daki.​ A couple daki is a daki with TWO characters on BOTH sides.
  • If ordering more than one version (eg nude + clothed) please be aware that BOTH versions will be in the same pose, just with additional clothes drawn on.
  • please note that printed versions colours may differ from digital versions due to the nature of printing. This is often unavoidable. Colours most affected are pinks, purples and blues and neon/very saturated colours.

If your dakimakura is SFW and you want to get it printed, I can recommend using Vograce! Their minimum order quality is 5 pillow cases.

If your dakimakura is NSFW, I am unable to recommend where to get it printed at this time, but as soon as I find somewhere I will update here​​.

The base commission price includes a fee that allows commercial use rights to use the PNG Tuber for livestreaming and reposting livestream recordings. For commercial use rights for other platforms or media, please email to discuss.

PNG Tuber asset commissions are SFW only.
(I am not able to provide technical support for how to use any PNGTube program.)

Reference Sheets

Reference Sheet Information

While I do refsheets without pre-existing artwork of your character, I will not design your character for you. Please know what you want your character to look and at least have a clear written description of them before commissioning me for a refsheet.

Images of real animals for colour/marking ref, or rough sketches/examples on free to use bases are fine. Please provide a colour palette/swatch or hex colour codes if you have specific colour shades in mind. I will not make up markings or features for you. Anything you don't specify will not be included.

Reference sheets are flat colour only. I will not add shading.

Additions can be added to references sheets I have previously drawn. For example, if you wanted to add a new outfit to the reference. To order this, please select the type of reference sheet you already have, select the add-ons you would like, and note in additional comments that you just want the add-ons added to your existing reference sheet. I will not do this for reference sheets made by other people.

As I am still in the early stages of learning 3D there are some things I don't know how to do, but I'm always happy to try my best and will tell you outright when discussing price if I'm able to do what you want or not!

CSP Head Models

  • .obj file which can also be dropped into CSP but will not have any movability.
