I had someone private message me advertising commissions saying they were you/using your art. is this you?

I do not solicit commissions by messaging people on any platform asking them to commission me. I may post com advertisements in sales groups on FB, Telegram, or Discord server promo channels but will always direct people in those posts to my coms website and provide my email for contact.

I will always direct people who DM me about commissions on any platform to email clubgalaxyart@gmail.com instead.

I do not use discord or telegram to message people about commissions unless they are close personal friends and those people know who they are.

Are you open for commissions?

Commissions usually open once a month for a few days. The best way to know if commissions are open is to join the telegram channel or discord server where you will be pinged directly when they open.

I have you on social media/instant messenger, can I just contact you there about commissions?

Please do not send DM's or instant messages about commissions, please email. Sending DM's/IM's leads to things getting lost. You can also ask general questions if you have me in a group chat or publicly on twitter. Though I don't keep a record of these so for anything you may need or want in future, please email. Thanks for understanding!

What payment methods do you accept?

Unless specifically advertised somewhere, I accept payment via Paypal and Stripe only.

Do you do requests/trades/collaborations?

Requests: No
Trades: Only with friends.
Collabs: Only with friends.

I get paid on [X] date, can you hold/reserve a commission slot for me?

Please email me before sending a commission form to discuss this.

Can you can you contact me individually before you open for coms to give me a heads up?

At this time I'm unable to individually contact people to let then know when I'm about to open commissions.

Can I pay a deposit for a commission in future and be put on a waiting list?

No, I don't offer this due to the personal stress it causes.

I don't have a picture of my character, can I just send you a written description?

For general commissions, no. Unfortunately, due to past troubles with this kind of thing, when it comes to how a character looks, I only work from reference images of that character.

The only exception to this rule is reference sheet commissions where I'll work from description if it's unavoidable.

I have a picture of another character that is similar to mine, can I use that as a ref?

No. please don't send me images of characters that aren't yours as a ref for yours. There may be things specific to that character that are special to the owner and they would not want them copied unknowingly.

There are some things missing from my characters ref sheet that I'd like included, how do I make sure you include these?

You can either edit your ref sheet, or, in addition to your ref sheet, you can send me reference images or a written description of small changes you'd like.

What WONT you draw?

For a list of what I wont do in commissions please check my terms of service under 'prohibited content'.

There's something I want you to draw but I'm not sure if you do, and it's not on that list. What should I do?

If you're not sure if I will draw something, email me to ask and I'll let you know! (preferably before you commission me for it)

Can I get a commission with my character based on an anime/game/movie/manga that I like?

Sure thing! As long as references are given it's fine. The only exception to this is adult content containing characters from or references to media originally aimed at children.
(for example my little pony)

Can I commission fanart of something?

I'm happy to do fanart stuff as long as it doesn't contain any of the things listed on the 'wont draw' list! Make sure to provide clear reference images of the characters even if you think I know who they are.

I commissioned something from you in the past and want some changes made to it. Is this possible?

If the commission is more than 6 months old I'm unable to make any changes as I delete working files older than 6 months to make space on my computer.

I am able to make minor changes to works made in the last 6 months, such as colours or adding markings/tattoos to works after they're completed.

Larger changes such as alternate versions are difficult and may either require a small extra payment, or a complete redraw depending on the scope of the changes which would cost the full commission amount.

Can I donate to/tip you or support you without buying a commission?

Yes!! Donations and tips are wonderful and I'm very thankful to anyone who wants to do so! If you want to, you can donate to/tip me on ko-fi.

Do you sell prints or other items with your art on?

I have some body pillow designs up for sale with Paw 2 Press and am working on a physical item store! In the meantime, you can email me to ask!

What program/equipment do you use for art?

I mainly use Clip Studio Paint EX to draw and Nomad Sculpt for 3D work.

I currently use a Huion Kamvas GT-191 on my main work PC, and iPad for travel.
